Bringing Transformational Breath® to Nottingham

Valerie will be running a workshop in Nottingham with Birmingham Breathes colleague Andria Falk, on Saturday March 21st, starting at 2.00 pm. Venue is Nottingham Friends Meeting House. Valerie lived in Nottingham for sixteen years in the eighties and nineties and is really pleased to be bringing this cutting edge breath modality back to the city.
