Two Introductions to Transformational Breath® Autumn 2016

Val has been running the Birmingham Breathes Breath Circle for several years now. A small and supportive group of regulars meet most months to share and to breathe, with dreams for the highest possibilities for themselves, the group and the planet. Usually they need to have previous experience of Transformational Breath® in order to fit into the group and get the most out of the experience. In September and October something different is happening. Val will run introductions to this cutting edge modality with support from members of the Breath Circle. There will be a chance to hear from them why they come and what they get from it.  And of course a chance to experience Transformational Breath®. All this for the usual price of a breath Circle visit: £20.
